Description
The Potomac River reflects the early evening lights of the Watergate complex in Washington, D.C., Wednesday. Brought into prominence by the burglary of Democratic National Committee headquarters in the building at extreme left, Watergate is a melange of cooperative apartments, hotel accommodations, retail shops, clubs and business offices. This view is from Roosevelt Island on the Virginia side of the river.
