Carrying placards protesting the shootings of two young Filipinos by sentries at United States installations in the Philippines, crowd estimated at 2,000 listens to speakers in Angeles today. Addressing crowd is Dr. Carlos Sandico, one of the city's councilmen. Dr. Sandico, who organized the rally, is the leader of the growing demands for the recall of United States Ambassador William McCormack Blair, Jr.
