1970 Press Photo Kenneth Osborn tells of treatment of POWs in Vietnam

Kenneth B. Osborn, a former Army intelligence agent tells today's session of a group calling itself the "Citizens' of Inquiry on U.S. War Crimes in Vietnam" of incidents of cruelty to enemy POWs during his 15 months in Vietnam. Osborn, a Baltimore, Maryland, native is now attending a university in Washington, D.C. He said his experiences were in 1967-68 while a Private attached to the 525th Military Intelligence Group, but he was masquerading as a civilian in the DaNang area.
