United States Representative Alan R. Steelman, R-TX, makes a point as he spoke to the Yale Law Forum in New Haven Monday night. He said, during his speech, that the President should receive the same treatment as any other citizen under the law. He also said that of 50 phone calls received by his Dallas, Texas, office, 45 favored impeachment of President Nixon, while 5 were against impeachment.
