Hoffa, permitted to leave the United States penitentiary in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, to visit his critically ill wife in San Francisco, walks into the University of California Medical Center where she is being treated for a heart condition. It was announced in Washington Hoffa was released Wednesday and traveled to San Francisco without supervision.
