Description
Flight Director Charles "Chuck" Lewis today during a news conference in Houston, Texas as he demonstrated with his hands how an aluminized curtain could be pushed over the crippled Skylab workshop using extension rods. The curtain would provide shade from the Sun so the workshop could cool and become habitable again. Tests on the method are being carried out today at the Marshall Space Flight Center.
