Joe Madden, assistant secretary at Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association, Minneapolis, and company president Russell M. Johnson are both happy as Madden looks at a refund check he received from the firm's pension fund. Most of the firm's 400 employees were refunded money they had put into the pension funds. Some received nearly $20,000, but the average was about $1,500.
