Apollo 13 commander James A. Lovell, Jr., left, grabs Thomas K. Mattingly, right, originally scheduled to be his command module pilot, but scrubbed when he was exposed to German measles, as the Apollo 13 crew landed at Ellington AFB, Houston, Texas, tonight. Smiling in the center of the group is Charles Duke, the Astronaut who had the measles and was in contact with Mattingly as a member of the backup crew.
