Rates for foreign money purchase of West German marks for more than 500 Deutschemarks are blanked off at a bank currency exchange in Frankfurt, Germany, Thursday. This was done after the country's banks limited mark purchases and the Bonn government shut down its money market until after the World German elections Sunday.
