Governor Marvin Mandel, right, and Gordon Clark, chef at the Maryland Inn, pose with a 51-pound turkey that will be shipped to Cleveland, Tennessee for Coy Tinsley, a Vietnam veteran who recently returned home after being held captive for eight months by the Viet Cong. Tinsley had written his mother that all he wanted was "the biggest turkey you can find." Clark will accompany the bird to Tennessee to cook it. Mandel is sending along an honorary citizenship certificate and a case of Maryland wine.
