Irish Republic Prime Minister Jack Lynch addresses an international press conference in Dublin Friday. He said entry into the European Common Market might ease the tension over Northern Ireland. He also said the activities of British troops in Ulster could "lead to a war situation." Mr. Lynch hinted he would consider approaching Communist nations for support if none came from Ireland's friends.
