Jacob A. Malik, the Soviet Ambassador to the United Nations, urged at the United Nations Wednesday that mainland China be admitted to the world organization and Nationalist China be expelled. He said "the obsolete theory of two Chinas" was an attempt to isolate Peking, China, but added such attempts "are doomed to failure."
