Roy King of New York, a food industry spokesman, and Mrs. Dorothy Wheeler of Greenbelt, Maryland, representing a consumers' cooperative, testify before a Senate Antitrust and Monopoly Subcommittee today in Washington. Mrs. Wheeler said the American housewife is being bamboozled by the way goods are packaged and labeled. King disagreed.
