Description
This is a portion of 45 acres in the Watts area of Los Angeles, now occupied mostly by junk yards, which will be turned into an industrial park under a plan announced today by the Nixon administration. The government will provide $7.6 million in loan and grant funds to develop the project, with Lockheed aircraft already signed up as the first tenant.
