Senator Edward M. Kennedy, D-MA, pauses momentarily in front of a Massachusetts presidential primary election ballot at his Beacon Hill polling place early Tuesday before entering to cast his vote. Senator Kennedy is not even a delegate for the Democratic National Convention but a significant number of write-ins are expected in his home state's primary today.
