Citizens of Belfast, Northern Ireland, draw water from a special tap supply today. Water is rationed in the city as a result of a bomb explosion which damaged the Silent Valley reservoir in the Monroe Mountains yesterday, cutting off the regular water supply. British troops guarded key installations against sabotage today after several blasts rocked the nation over the weekend
