Description
Airliners are lined up on the runways at New York LaGuardia Airport Thursday when air traffic controllers called in sick in large numbers and others began following regulations to the letter, causing major delays to air travelers. The Federal Aviation Administration said it will take "appropriate disciplinary actions" if the movement proves to be an illegal strike.
