A Union Jack is raised by Protestants behind a barricade of overturned vehicles in the Shankill Road section of Belfast, Norther Ireland, Sunday, during Protestant-Catholic riots. The flag was raised to show Protestant preference toward solidarity with Great Britain. Smoke from a burning vehicle rises in background.
