Jones (right) Chairman of the Louisiana Wild Life and Fisheries Commission, calls for calm during a heated exchange between commission members concerning the hiring and firing powers of Commission Director Leslie Glasgow (left). Jones broke a 3-3 deadlock in favor of restoring Glasgow's hiring and firing powers that were stripped from the director by the commission last month.
