Things were going smoothly Monday during a fare increase meeting of the Chicago Transit Authority board until a youth claimed to be "Ed Yippie" walked up to the microphone for a two-minute dissertation. When Ed Yippie started to talk three of his companions began spraying him with whipped cream. Some of the cream hit Wallace Johnson, left, newest board member. Ed was arrested--his three companions escaped.
