Democratic Presidential candidate Senator Henry Jackson of Washington was struck on the face with spittle Tuesday as he walked near a crowd of spectators at Dane County Regional Airport in Madison. Police said Bennett Masel, 21, of Madison, was freed on bail after being charged with disorderly conduct in connection with the incident.
