Law professor Lewis H. Henderson, 45, at San Diego home a year after he plunged 14 stories from a bank building and crashed through the top of a taxicab. Both his arms and legs were broken and his skull was fractured, "but the Lord was with me," he says. He hopes to resume teaching law at California Western University in the fall.

Photo is dated 1961.
