Senator Henry (Scoop) Jackson and his wife greet supporters following the returns on the Florida Presidential primaries late Tuesday night. Jackson said his carrying so well in populous Dade County and South Florida is an omen that he will do well in the big cities and industrial areas of the North. Jackson was 3rd in the voting behind former Georgia Governor Jimmy Carter and Alabama Governor George Wallace.
