Description
Cambodian Ambassador Nong Kimny, who has represented his country in Washington for 11 years, says Cambodia has not turned its back on the West to asking for termination of American military and economic aid. He says he has assured the U.S. State Department that Cambodia has no intention of rushing into the arms of the Communists, though Peking may be asked for "a few technical experts--not military," Kimny says his country just wants to be left alone and not have any close ties with either East or West.
