Pat Pugh, Miss Little Rock, gives her favorite candidate for governor, Frank Holt, a good luck kiss for his Tuesday Democratic primary run-off battle with Jim Johnson. The two former Arkansas Supreme Court Justices led the seven-man ticket in the July 26 primary, but Johnson, the top voter-getter, was short a majority, forcing the run-off.
