Douglas B. Hegdahl, 24, of Clark, South Dakota, a former prisoner of war in North Vietnam who was liberated in 1969, tells newsmen in Paris Wednesday of his approach to North Vietnamese officials in Paris asking them to grant him a Visa to North Vietnam so he can go back to visit comrades still held prisoner. "All my proposals were rejected," he said.
