Ike's Press Secretary James C. Hagerty, right, stands outside 10 Downing Street, London, yesterday during his visit to arrange the details of President Eisenhower's coming visit to England. In the background is a London bobby on guard at the official residence of the prime minister. Other are Peter Hope, left, of the British Foreign News Department, and Harold Evans, Prime Minister Macmillan's adviser on public relations. British papers went to great lengths and detail to tell the public about Hagerty's visit.
