Dr. Phillip Hauser of University of Chicago delivers a report today in Chicago on study of racial problems in the city's public schools, compiled by panel of five experts. Report said traditional neighborhood schools hold back racial integration. Other panel members seated in foreground are, from left; James M. Nabrit, Jr., President, Howard University; Dr. Lester Nelson, former director, Ford Foundation Educational Division; Sterling McMurrin, University of Utah and William O'Dell of Stanford University.
