Senator Barry Goldwater, R-AZ, front-running contender for the Republican Presidential nomination talks briefly to reporters in a Capitol corridor in Washington today. Questioned about the civil rights bill, he replied "I have said all along that if the bill in its final form is acceptable I will vote for it."
