A tractor Wednesday pushed earth over the grave of Elton Hayes, 17, a black youth who police in Memphis first said died from a traffic accident. However, an investigation into his possible fatal injury by police is being conducted. The death triggered Tuesday night and Wednesday racial disorder. The youth's mother, step-father and grandmother are seated at right.
