Mike Hessel, 21, top, of Eugene, OR, tobacconist on U.S. Winter Olympic team, leaves Innsbruck, Austria court today after being acquitted of charges by Austrian police. Skier Bill Marolt, 20, Aspen, CO, and another member of the U.S. team, is shown at bottom right after he was found guilty of attacking Austrian police and receives a 3-month jail sentence which was suspended. He was placed on probation for three years.
