New York's Consumer Affairs Commissioner Elinor Guggenheimer makes her opinion known as she displays an assortment of spoiled food purchased at local supermarkets. The exhibit, which was shown at New York's City Hall Thursday, is a preview to the introduction of the first local legislation that would prohibit the sale of spoiled food products.
