President Jose Maria Guido of Argentina tonight ordered an end to hostilities that threatened to engulf the nation in civil war. The 52-year-old Guido, bounding back after a siege of fatigue, fired two loyalist army generals who had been named by rebels as part of a military clique that planned a military dictatorship in the key South American nation.
