Barry Goldwater, Jr., who beat Democrat John K. Van de Kamp Tuesday for the congressional seat vacated by Republican Ed Reinecke, told newsmen in Los Angeles Wednesday that he plans to consult with his father on his new job, "but certainly not on how to vote." (Story in Sec. 4, Page 10).
