Charles E. Guntharp, former mayor of Decatur and his wife Jerri, enter the courthouse where he is being tried on a first-degree murder charge in the death of a 43-year-old truck driver. Guntharp's attorney, Dan Nelson, follows them in. Testimony was not to start until today following the selection of the jury.
