Overhead light comes through a lens of his eyeglasses to cast a reflected spot on the forehead of Senator William Fulbright, D-AR, as he holds them up for inspection today at the start of a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing in Washington. Fulbright is chairman of the committee, which is opening hearings on United States policy with respect to mainland China.
