Senator Charles E. Goodell, R-NY, gestures today during an appearance before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, discussing an assortment of 10 Vietnam policy resolutions. Goodell said he has learned the administration's timetable envisions on American force of about 300,000 troops in Vietnam at the beginning of 1971. He supported his own bill to force complete U.S. withdrawal over a one-year-period.
