Vic Gold, the man in charge of everything that rolls in the Goldwater campaign swings, looks to see that everything is in order before giving the word to "go." The sunglasses on his head has become his trademark as he shepherds motorcades and members of the press on the Goldwater tours. His official title is that of assistant press secretary, but he's known across the country by drivers and policemen as the man who keeps things rolling.
