Arthur J. Goldberg testifies today shortly before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee gave him unanimous approval to be the new U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. Goldberg, Supreme Court Justice and former Secretary of Labor, was nominated by President Johnson to fill the vacancy created by the death of Adlai Stevenson.
