Soviet Ambassador Nikolai Fedorenko gestures to newsmen today outside the Soviet mission in New York City as he and Soviet Premier Alexei Kosygin make their way to the United Nations. Asked how Kosygin was feeling, Fedorenko said he felt fine. Kosygin missed the beginning of the U.N. special General Assembly session and Ambassador Arthur Goldberg's speech.
