Dr. Danield Ellsberg rests his hand on the shoulder of Anthony J. Russo as they enter the Federal building in Los Angeles Monday where Russo surrendered to a U.S. Marshal. Russo, a research analyst, refused to testify before a grand jury about the leak of the Pentagon Papers and was jailed on a contempt finding. Ellsberg pleaded innocent Monday to charges of illegal possession of secret documents in the Pentagon Papers case.
