Fred W. Friendly, former President of CBS News, tells gathering at Tufts University Friday that the Nixon Administration, led by Vice-President Spiro Agnew, "seems to be systematically attempting...to sow seeds of serious doubt about the news media." Friendly, currently a television consultant for the Ford Foundation, spoke at the dedication of Edward R. Morrow Library at Tufts in Medford.
