John Flannelly, who attributes his 100 years to good bourbon whiskey, celebrates his birthday anniversary in Bellevue Hospital yesterday. He still smokes a pipe. Flannelly, who came to this country from Ireland in 1862 with his parents, is being treated for a foot ailment. Helping him blow out the candles are nurses Margaret Squassoni, left and Eleanor Madden.
