Ailing Secretary--Secretary of State John Foster Dulles found to be suffering from cancer following yesterday's hernia surgery, appeared cheerful despite his impending hospitalization when he told newsmen last Monday of the plans for his operation. Dodters today said that radiation therapy would be used to treat the malignancy.
