Washington- President Johnson escorts Mrs. Kurt Georg Kiesinger as the West German chancellor is joined by Mrs. Johnson before a black tie dinner at the White House last night. They are followed by West Germany's foreign minister, Willy Brandt, partly hidden, Vice President Hubert Humphrey and Secretary of State Dean Rusk. Johnson and Kiesinger meet today for the concluding round of talks.
