Bela Varga, Clergy Member, in New Orleans. The West is being taken in by Communist appeals for peaceful coexistence, the chairman of the exiled Hungarian Committee charged today. Msgr. Bela Varga, in New Orleans on behalf of Radio Free Europe, spoke sharply against the present trend toward "softer" relations with the Soviet Union. He recalled that Russian Premier Nikita Khrushchev had predicted "that shrimps will whistle" before the basic aims of communism change.
