Named Boss Of The Year at awards night ceremonies of the Co-operative Education section of the Orleans Parish public schools Tuesday night was Charles Wragge of Pan American Life Insurance Company. With him is Miss Carol Lutyhe of Rabouin Vocational Trade School who wrote the letter that won the award for Wragge. The award was presented at a banquet in the Sheraton Charles Hotel.
