Mrs. Iris Wiggins of Hammond, a junior elementary education major at Southeastern Louisiana college, receives a certificate of excellence from Thomas K. Maddox, professor of Mathematics and president of the college's chapter of Phi Kappa Phi, national honor society, which recognized Mrs. Wiggins for her outstanding academic record.
