The Louisiana Louisiana Chapter National Society of the Colonial Dames of the XVII Century, Saturday was presented its charter at a luncheon in Arnaud's Restaurant. Mrs. French B. Harrington (left), Los Angeles, president-general of the society hands the charter to Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Sanders, president of the local chapter.
