David Graves will be among the top contenders for walking horse honors at the 24th annual New Orleans Charity Horse Show which opens tomorrow at the Fair Grounds. The event, for the benefit of the Community Relations Division of the New Orleans Police Department and Jaycee Charities Inc., will feature performances beginning through Friday with matinees Saturday and Sunday at noon.
